Cyclo(RADfK)

Cyclo(RADfK) is a selective α(v)β(3) integrin ligand. It has been used for research, therapy, and diagnosis of neoangiogenesis. It is also used as a negative control for the cyclo (-RGDfK-), the RGD peptide, which are modulators of cell adhesion and are recognized by several members of the integrin family. It has low affinity binding to integrin peptides.
