DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (2836-2844)

DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (2836-2844) is a peptide derived from DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit. PRKDC (DNA-PKcs) mutations were found in 3 out of 10 of endometriosis-associated ovarian cancers, as well as in the field defects from which they arose. They were also found in 10% of breast and pancreatic cancers.
