L-dopachrome tautomerase (60-74) is amino acids 60 to 74 fragment of L-dopachrome tautomerase. L-dopachrome tautomerase is involved in the pathway melanin biosynthesis, which is part of Pigment biosynthesis. It catalyzes the conversion of L-dopachrome into 5,6-dihydroxyindole-2-carboxylic acid (DHICA).
